Job summary

Empower ABA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes, under the supervision of a BCBA. This part-time position offers evening hours on Monday and Tuesday 4:00 PM–7:00 PM and Wednesday 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, with pay rates from $28 to $35 per hour, and a chance to help families build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Candidates must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the United States, and comfortable working

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience working with children preferred; ABA or RBT experience is a plus.
• Willing to complete applicable training and certification requirements.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned client location.
• Comfortable working in clients’ homes and receiving ongoing BCBA guidance.

• Record session data and complete notes accurately and on time.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
