Job summary

Sunny Days is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver IBHS-ABA services to 0-20 ASD population. Responsibilities include implementing skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans, collecting data, conducting assessments, and educating caregivers.

Full-time roles include a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for RBT certification support. Competitive hourly rates range from $22 to $26+ per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Possess a High School diploma.
• Have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT task list OR have a minimum of 2 years’ experience providing ABA services and at least 40 hours of ABA training.
• Ability to model all skill acquisition programs and components of a Behavior Intervention Plan to parents and/or school personnel.
• Preferred: experience providing behavioral services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is preferred.
