Job summary

Sunny Days is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver IBHS-ABA services to 0-20 ASD populations in Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery counties. Responsibilities include implementing skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans, data collection, assessments and caregiver education.

Full- and part-time roles are available with competitive hourly pay ($22-26+ per hour) and a sign-on bonus up to $500 for eligible technicians.

Qualifications

• Possess a High School diploma.
• Complete a 40-hour training covering the RBT task list OR have a minimum of 2 years’ ABA experience and at least 40 hours of ABA training.
• Ability to model all skill acquisition programs and components of a Behavior Intervention Plan to parents and/or school personnel.

Responsibilities

• Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans.
• Collect data and monitor progress.
• Conduct assessments and educate caregivers.
