Job summary

Sunny Days is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide IBHS-ABA services to the 0-20 ASD population in Bucks, Delaware & Montgomery Counties. Responsibilities include the implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans; data collection; assessments and caregiver education.

Minimum requirements include a High School diploma and completion of a 40-hour RBT training or 2 years ABA experience with 40 hours ABA training; preferred candidates with experience and a positive disposition

Qualifications

• Complete 40-hour RBT training or 2+ years ABA experience with 40 hours ABA training.
• Ability to implement and explain skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans to caregivers.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a High School diploma
• Have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT task list OR have a minimum of 2 years’ experience providing ABA services and at least 40 hours of ABA training
• Ability to model all skill acquisition programs and components of a Behavior Intervention Plan to parents and/or school personnel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience providing behavioral services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Positive disposition; strong sense of responsibility
