Sunny Days provides IBHS-ABA services for children aged 0-20 with ASD across Bucks, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to implement skill-building and behavior-reduction plans, collect data, and educate caregivers.

Responsibilities include data collection, assessments, and caregiver education, with opportunities to obtain RBT certification. Competitive hourly rates with bonuses and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Complete 40-hour RBT training or have 2+ years ABA experience with 40 hours of ABA training.
• Ability to model Skill Acquisition Programs for parents/school personnel.

• Conduct data collection and assessments.
