Job summary

Behavioral Framework in Maryland is seeking caregivers to provide ABA therapy in home settings for children with special needs. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor to support skill development.

The role offers part-time hours (20-30 per week), a $23–$25 hourly rate, paid training to become an RBT, and comprehensive perks including a sign-on bonus and access to Teladoc.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with special needs.

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication.

Work Environment, Physical Conditions

• Must be physically present at the job location 20 - 30 hours per week.
• Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs.
• Must have a mobile device (such as a smart phone or tablet) to bring to work.
• Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 50lbs.
