Job summary

Behavioral Framework seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to track progress.

We offer paid training to become an RBT, a $500 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs, and ongoing incentives. This is a part-time role with growth and mentorship within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with special needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Experience working with children with special needs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication
• Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation

Work Environment, Physical Conditions

• Must be physically present at the job location 20 - 30 hours per week.
• Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs.
• Must have a mobile device (such as a smart phone or tablet) to bring to work.
• Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 50lbs.
