360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician to empower children and teens with developmental disabilities through ABA therapy. The role offers part-time hours with a pathway to full-time, and scheduling is Monday–Friday 2:00pm–8:00pm in the Santa Barbara area.
You will receive paid training and mileage/phone expense reimbursements, with bonuses for completing clinical hours and potential to expand hours based on center needs.
