Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in California seeks a Behavior Interventionist to empower children and teens with developmental disabilities through ABA-based therapy. You’ll work 1:1 with clients, following individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Part-time position with potential to expand to full-time hours, 15–20 hours/week initially, and mileage reimbursement for client travel.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work with children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Commitment to HIPAA and privacy standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 support to children/teens with developmental disabilities.
  • Follow ABA treatment plans under supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Deliver at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
  • Collect data to track progress and guide next steps.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, families, and teammates to achieve outcomes.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

  • Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/per hour, based on experience and education
  • Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
  • Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

  • $2/hour for weekend shifts
  • $5/hour for company-observed holidays

Schedule Needs:

  • Monday-Friday between the hours of 3:00pm – 7:00pm

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
  • Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
  • Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
  • Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
  • Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
