Job summary

360 Behavioral Health seeks a Behavior Interventionist – Empowerment Specialist in Fresno. This role supports children and teens with developmental disabilities in a part-time schedule, with potential to expand to full-time based on needs.

Expect 15–20 hours weekly, with $20–$23/hour and mileage reimbursement for travel within the Fresno area. We value compassionate, reliable individuals who are bilingual in Spanish, willing to work 2:00pm–8:00pm, Monday–Friday, and participate in paid training

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual Spanish required.
  • Reliable transportation and a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

  • 1:1 client support with children and teens who have autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
  • Track progress by collecting and recording data.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, families and colleagues to achieve best outcomes.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and company policies.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives


  • Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/per hour, based on experience and education

  • Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required

  • Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability


Additional Pay Incentives


  • +$2/hour for weekend shifts

  • +$5/hour for company-observed holidays


Schedule Needs:


  • Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm 8:00pm

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

As a Behavior Interventionist, youll do more than provide care youll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.


Your key responsibilities include:



  • 1:1 Client Support Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).

  • Implement ABA Treatment Plans Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.

  • Provide Consistent Therapy Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.

  • Track Progress Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.

  • Foster Learning and Growth Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.

  • Collaborate as a Team Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.

  • Maintain Professional Standards Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
