Sunny Days Sunshine Center, Inc. seeks Behavior Technicians to deliver IBHS-ABA services to the 0-20 ASD population in Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery Counties.

Responsibilities include implementing skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans, data collection, assessments, and caregiver education. This full-time role offers competitive hourly rates based on experience ($22-26+ per hour), a sign-on bonus up to $500, and a comprehensive benefits package: PTO, holidays, 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Possess a High School diploma.
• Have completed a 40-hour RBT training or 2 years ABA experience with 40 hours ABA training.
• Ability to model all skill acquisition programs and components of a Behavior Intervention Plan.

Responsibilities

• Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans.
• Collect and manage data and conduct assessments.
• Educate caregivers on ABA strategies and progress.

Sunny Days, a Magellan Healthcare credentialed provider of Autism Services, is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide IBHS-ABA Services to the 0-20 ASD population in Bucks, Delaware & Montgomery Counties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans; data collection; assessments and caregiver education.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a High School diploma
• Have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT task list OR have a minimum of 2 years’ experience providing ABA services and at least 40 hours of ABA training
• Ability to model all skill acquisition programs and components of a Behavior Intervention Plan to parents and/or school personnel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience providing behavioral services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Positive disposition; strong sense of responsibility
