Job summary

Sunny Days Sunshine Center, Inc. is seeking PA Licensed Behavior Specialists to deliver IBHS-ABA services to the 0–20 ASD population in Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery County, PA.

The role includes assessment, plan creation and implementation, and supervising Behavior Technicians while educating caregivers. This is a per-diem independent contractor position with competitive rates based on experience and a sign-on bonus up to $1,500.

Qualifications

• ABA experience required (1 year) or 12 ABA credits from an accredited college/university.
• 40 hours of ABA training or supervision under BCBA available as alternative.

Responsibilities

• Asses and evaluate clients.
• Create and implement ABA treatment plans.
• Oversee Behavior Technicians and educate caregivers.

Sunny Days, a credentialed provider of Autism Services, seeks PA Licensed Behavior Specialists to provide IBHS-ABA Services to the 0-20 ASD population in Bucks, Delaware & Montgomery County. Responsibilities include: assessment, plan creation & implementation, oversight of Behavior Technicians and caregiver education. This is a per-diem (independent contractor) position.

Minimum Qualifications:

• PA Behavior Specialist License
• 1 year of experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 12 credits in ABA from an accredited college/university OR 1 year of experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA and 40 hours of ABA training

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with the Autism population
• Proven leadership skills
