Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Merced is hiring a Behavior Technician to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive through structured ABA therapy.

You will provide 1:1 client support, implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision, and commit to at least 15 hours per week with opportunities for growth into full-time depending on needs. A high school diploma is required and weekly schedule is Monday–Friday 2:00pm–8:00pm.

Qualifications

• 1:1 client support for children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Follow ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Record data to measure progress and guide next steps.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays

Schedule Needs:

Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm - 8:00pm

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
