Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive. You will provide 1:1 support and ABA-based activities in a compassionate, developmental-disabilities-focused setting.

This role offers part-time hours with potential to move to full-time, paid training, and structured career pathways. A stable schedule supports work–life balance, while travel within 20 miles may be required across multiple centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation to commute to multiple centers.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 client support for children and teens with autism and related disabilities.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track Progress – collect and record data to measure growth.
• Foster Learning and Growth – use structured activities to help clients reach their potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – work with supervisors, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain Professional Standards – HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19.00 – $22.00/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

• + $2/hour for weekend shifts
• + $5/hour for company-observed holidays

Schedule Needs: Mon-Fri 2pm-8pm

Now Hiring In: Hesperia, Victorville, Apple Valley, Adelanto, Oak Hills. Must being willing to travel within 20 miles.

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
