Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate Behavior Therapists to join our team and deliver ABA services. Under a BCBA supervisor, you will work 1:1 with children, implementing treatment plans addressing behavioral, daily living, social, and community skills.

RBTs may assist with safety and management as trained. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities in NJ/PA/DE, MA, VA, CT and AZ, with strong benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of experience with children that have disabilities.
• 6 months of ABA experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy 1:1 with children.
• Work under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.
• Implement treatment plans addressing behavioral management, daily living, social and community skills.
• RBTs may perform appropriate management to ensure child safety.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate Autism Support Specialists, BTs, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working 1:1 with children implementing specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills. With training, the R/BT will perform appropriate management to ensure the child's safety.

Required Experience and Education

• \" Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
• \" Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities.
• - 6 Months of ABA Experience (preferred).
• \" Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• \" Pennsylvania Applications: Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• \" It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
• \" Candidates must possess the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet as well as an ability to lift children, up to 50 lbs, on occasion.

Note: This role requires the ability to spend a significant amount of time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
