If you are a Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Health Technician, or a Personal Care Aide, this is the opportunity for you! We provide PAID training.

Position Details and Duties

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one in our school setting, engaging with a diverse group of autistic/emotional support students. Your dedication and empathy will support their learning in a trauma-informed environment. You'll be part of a team where fun and impactful development go hand-in-hand.

• Follow each child’s Individual Education Plan (IEP) and Positive Behavior Support Plan (PBSP) to help achieve academic and behavioral goals.
• Assist students with activities and daily living tasks, including toileting and grooming.
• Implement and follow individualized behavior plans and reinforcement systems.
• Provide behavioral and physical interventions as needed, including prompting, guided transport, or physical restraint, with appropriate training provided.
• Uphold the company's mission and core values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Earn $18.50 an hour (Monday – Friday, up to 30 hours).
