Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under a BCBA supervision. The role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans with children, in a center-based setting in Middlesex, NJ.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy.
• Work one-on-one with children under supervision of a BCBA clinician and carry out individualized treatment plans.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy.
