Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a Behavior Technician in Los Angeles, CA to support K-12 students with behavioral challenges under BCBA supervision. Roles are school-based with regular school-day hours, offering flexibility through long-term or day-to-day assignments and summers off.

You will implement ABA techniques, track daily data, assist with behavior management, and support personal care needs as needed, collaborating with school staff to share progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 6+ months of ABA or related behavior intervention experience in schools.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma
• 6+ months of experience of implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) or other behavior intervention techniques to school aged children
