Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches. We offer play-filled, research-based care across multi-disciplines including OT, Speech, and ABA.

At MeBe, you’ll receive training and support to launch a career in Behavior Therapy and grow as an individual. You’ll work with a dedicated team to help children with autism reach their full potential. We provide a top ABA training program using the Vincent Carbone method, including two weeks of paid training to prepare you for the RBT exam. You will also be paired with Supervisors for shadowing and guidance.

What You’ll Work On:

Working closely with children with autism, you will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in settings such as their home or at MeBe’s Learning Center. You will follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs, relay progress, and contribute to treatment planning. Your responsibilities include accurate data recording, maintaining a safe and organized workplace, assisting with lunch and bathroom breaks, and building positive relationships with families.

Qualifications:
  • Availability Monday through Friday; part-time shifts available.
  • At least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • RBT/CBT certification preferred; must obtain within 60 days of employment.
  • Background in child care, teaching, counseling, or babysitting preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical activities and pass background checks.
  • Proficiency with computers.
  • Residing in San Diego, AZ, or VA requires CPR/BLS certification before working with clients.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Pediatrics or Human Development is a plus.
