Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $25.00/hr

We are hiring in multiple locations and offering a sign-on bonus within the first 90 days!

DV Therapy Inc is seeking qualified, dedicated, and compassionate professionals to provide in-clinic Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, youth, and young adults with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. ABA is a new service line for our clinics, and we are eager to build our founding team of clinicians.

Our mission is to better serve our communities and provide a space where individuals can foster skills to communicate effectively and engage in meaningful social experiences across their lifespan. DV Therapy Inc offers speech, occupational, and applied behavior analysis services across various environments.

We focus on:

  • Investing: Providing mentorship, ongoing feedback, and training to our staff.
What You'll Do:
  • Work directly with children with special needs (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder) in our ABA clinic and other settings.
  • Utilize DV Therapy Inc’s ABA strategies to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Receive high-quality, hands-on training and ongoing support.
  • Supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with continuous feedback.
  • Record data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and help design interventions.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed (e.g., creating stimuli for clients).
What You'll Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college courses preferred.
  • Pass background check.
  • Reliable car, auto insurance, and valid driver’s license.
  • TB test.
  • Bachelor's degree or enrollment in a B.A./B.S. program preferred.
  • ABA experience preferred.
  • Exposure to children or a passion for learning.
  • RBT certification is a plus.
