The Stepping Stones Group is hiring Behavior Technicians in the Long Beach, CA area to help students develop skills and reach meaningful milestones in academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth.

This full-time role offers professional development, access to webinars and resources, and a supportive team environment with leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proof of completion of 40-hour behavioral training course OR must have 6 months of ABA experience
• Must be available for work from Monday to Friday, between 7:00am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities

• Support students in developing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapy teams to implement intervention strategies and track progress.
