About Your Role

As an ABA Technician, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one or small group treatment interventions to consumers in home and/or community settings under the supervision of the BCBA and Senior BCBA. This is a part-time position working 10-25 hours per week depending on clients.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA), with training provided:
• Completed at least 40 hours of training as per the RBT Task List developed by BACB
• Complete the RBT Competency Assessment after training and annually thereafter
• Pass the RBT Examination through Pearson Professional Center sites
