Role Description The Behavior Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Leander, TX. This team member implements ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other clinical supervisors, providing direct one-on-one and small group support to preschool-aged children. Daily responsibilities include collecting and recording behavioral and skill acquisition data, assisting with behavior reduction and skill-building programs, and reinforcing individualized goals across communication, social, and self-help domains. The role also involves preparing session materials, collaborating with therapists and educators, supporting generalization of skills in classroom and play settings, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment. The Behavior Technician participates in team meetings, follows ethical and clinical guidelines, and engages in ongoing training to support high-quality care.
