Job summary

Aptitude Behavioral Services in Cleveland, TN seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician to join our clinical ABA team. You will work 1-on-1 with children, guided by BCBAs, delivering ethical, individualized ABA therapy to support growth and independence.

Ideal candidates are upbeat, organized, and able to document daily progress using online data systems. RBT certification must be obtained within 45 days of hiring.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with BCBAs, educators, other therapists, and families to create meaningful progress.

Job Requirements:

• Physically able to work with children, including getting up and down from the floor, playing, and blocking behaviors.
• Upbeat, positive attitude.
• Great with organization and time management.

• Ability to recount daily activities via written communication.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information, including following written plans and utilizing online systems of data collection.
• A Registered Behavior Technician certification must be obtained within 45 days of hiring.
