About The Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a key role in delivering direct ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children and their families. You will work closely with parents, caregivers, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to create positive, lasting change across various settings, including the home, school, clinic, and community.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing ABA services and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborating with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity and effectiveness.
• Tracking client progress through data collection and treatment goals.
• Providing support in areas such as self-help skills, socialization, adaptive skills, and behavioral management.
• Maintaining a consistent and reliable schedule while attending required meetings and trainings.

Minimum Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification from BACB.
• At least 3 months experience in providing ABA services or related services.
• State of AZ Article 9 Training.
• First Aid/CPR Certification.
• State of AZ Prevention and Support Training - obtained prior to service delivery.
• ABA Ethical Guidelines.
• Clinical Handbook and Policy Orientation.
• AzAHP - Initial and Annual Core Training Plan.
