• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Communicate effectively with BCBA therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of services and teamwork.
• Capture and record data: Accurately collect and maintain accurate client data, using observation and recording techniques to track progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Provide support and guidance: Offer emotional support and guidance to clients and their families, promoting confidence and independence.
• Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team: Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and peer support groups to stay updated on best practices and enhance your skills.
