About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, or other community settings. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• Collecting and analyzing data on client behavior and progress
• Collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals to achieve treatment goals
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of client progress
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment
