Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Maryland team. We deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic using evidence-based practices to support kids’ progress.

You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success while maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Background check must be passable.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Previous ABA therapy experience with children is plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $26-31/hour
• Full-Time or Part-Time Available (10-40 hours/week)
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Maryland

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
