Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Fair Lawn, NJ is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with children to carry out their individualized treatment plans.

Center-based opportunities with various schedules; minimum HS diploma required, 6 months to 1 year ABA experience preferred, and ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• May include long periods of standing, sitting, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA clinician.
• Work one-on-one with children following their individualized treatment plans.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one‑on‑one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.
