Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor.

Center-based positions with flexible schedules, HS diploma required, 6 months to 1 year experience with children; competitive pay of $20 per hour, benefits, PTO, and a 401k match. 40-hour RBT course provided, weekly pay, and strong team support for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Essential functions may include standing for long periods, lifting, pushing/pulling equipment, and engaging with children on the floor.

Responsibilities

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.
