Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in Vineland, New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy sessions to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BCBA's and other professionals to ensure effective treatment planning and implementation
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment sessions
• Assist with scheduling and preparation for therapy sessions
• Provide support and guidance to parents and caregivers on implementing ABA strategies in various settings

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented BT (Behavior Technician) to join our In-Home ABA Therapy team in Vineland, New Jersey. As a BT at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing in-home ABA therapy sessions and supporting their skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.
