Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in Easton, PA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our BCBA-led team. This part-time/per diem role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to impact children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs under supervision.

You will implement evidence-based ABA programs, monitor progress, and maintain thorough documentation while collaborating with BCBA supervisors to adjust treatment plans as needed.

Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Easton, Pennsylvania. About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing evidence-based ABA programs and strategies to support skill development and real-world outcomes
• Monitoring and recording client progress, sharing results with BCBA supervisors to inform treatment plans
• Providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients and families
• Collaborating with BCBA supervisors to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
