I Am Boundless, Inc. is hiring a Behavior Technician in Cleveland, OH to implement behavioral health and educational services using Applied Behavior Analysis with individuals diagnosed with autism and related conditions. The role offers supervision, training, and a full-time hourly position.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent, plus 3 years or more years of experience in the behavioral health, human services, or mental health field.
• Preferred college degree in education, psychology, social work or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR for adult, child and infant.

Responsabilidades

• As a Behavior Technician, implement behavioral health and educational services using ABA with individuals diagnosed with autism, related mental health disorders and/or intellectual disabilities in 1:1, 1:2 or small group settings.
• Receive supervision and training from behavior analytic and/or behavioral health supervisors through direct observation and team meetings.
• This is a full-time, hourly position.

What You'll Do:

As a Behavior Technician , you’ll play a meaningful role in implementing behavioral health and educational services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with individuals diagnosed with autism, related mental health disorders and/or intellectual disabilities in either a 1:1, 1:2 or small group setting. Receive supervision and training from behavior analytic and/or behavioral health supervisors through direct observation and team meetings. This is a full-time, hourly position.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, plus3 years ormore years ofexperience in thebehavioralhealth, human services, or mental health field.
• Preferred College Degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child and infant (training will be provided if not already certified)
