Job description

We are looking for fun, energetic, and self-directed individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children ages 2-17. An RBT certification is strongly preferred; however, training will be provided, so prior experience is not required.

Experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), is preferred. Besides clinical skills and knowledge, it is essential that applicants can develop rapport with colleagues and families, as relationships are paramount at Reaching New Heights.

Responsibilities and Benefits:

1. Full-time and part-time roles available
2. Monday through Friday schedule
3. Hours are 8 am-6 pm Monday through Thursday, 8 am-3:30 pm Fridays
4. RBT training provided
5. Hourly pay ranges from $19 to $24
6. Flexible and collaborative scheduling process to accommodate your needs
7. Caseloads change three times a year
8. Services are provided in-center in small group and 1:1 settings
9. Work with a strong interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, SLPs, and BCBAs
10. Opportunities to accrue supervised hours for those pursuing BCBA credentials
