We are a new company powered by experienced and caring professionals working to change the future for our learners. Our focus is on the learners' best interests, not on investors or profits. We aim to make a difference and do things the right way!

Working for us, you’ll receive guidance from experienced BCBA Behavior Analysts as you learn to implement ABA therapy. You’ll support learners in their homes or community settings, such as daycares, preschools, and schools, avoiding stagnant office environments. Your work will significantly impact learners and their families.

Are you ready to work for a small, family-like company where you can make a difference daily and find growth opportunities?

We are growing and committed to building our team with the best candidates!

Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) teach children a variety of meaningful skills, such as effective communication, asking for needs, following directions, daily living skills, and social interaction. You might teach a child to say their first words, play with friends, or care for themselves. We teach you how to harness science through play!

We provide training! You will learn about Autism and ABA therapy, and we will prepare you for the RBT Certification with the BACB. We can teach you to become an exceptional technician for children.

Our hourly pay exceeds industry standards and depends on your degree and experience.

We reward good performance with opportunities for growth and increased pay!

Additional benefits include free training for RBT certification, advancement opportunities, paid training, team events, paid fieldwork for interns pursuing BCBA/BCaBA, and more.
