Job summary

ICAN (International Center for Autism and Neurodev) in Bellevue, WA seeks a Behavior Technician to work full-time or part-time, providing one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Training will be provided to obtain CBT and RBT credentials. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Join our team as a Behavior Technician! No formal experience required - we will provide the training! Full-time and part-time positions available.

Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to provide direct Applied Behavior Analytic services to individuals with autism or related disorders. This position is ideal for something that loves working with kids, is looking for a rewarding career, and wants to make a difference!

Job Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Also must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Some travel may be required for this position. Additionally, must be able to lift at least 50lbs and move quickly without support
