Job summary

Headrise ABA in Belleville, New Jersey is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one therapy for a 4-year-old boy. Compensation is $18-$25 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus. Part-time schedule Tue-Fri 3:30PM-6:00PM, with travel as needed.

You will collect data, support communication and daily living skills, and work with families to ensure consistent treatment, under BCBA-developed plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician- 4 year old boy

• Location: Belleville, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Tuesday- Friday 3:30PM - 6:00PM
