Headrise ABA in Elizabeth, New Jersey is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy for a 15-year-old boy, supporting communication, socialization, and daily living skills.

The role offers part-time hours, a $18–$25 hourly rate, and a $200 sign-on bonus, with opportunities for growth and support from experienced BCBAs. Flexible scheduling and local travel are part of the position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician 15 year old boy
• Location: Elizabeth, New Jersey
• Job Type: Part time
• Schedule: Sunday- Saturday 4:30-7:30PM
• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
