Job summary

Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy with a focus on building essential life skills for children with autism. The role offers $18–$25 per hour, a $200 sign-on bonus, and supportive supervision from BCBAs.

Location is Pleasantville, New Jersey, and the position is part-time to support family scheduling. You will track progress with data, assist communication and daily living skills, and work closely with families for consistency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
