Autism West Behavior Partner is committed to providing quality ABA treatment and other support services to children with a variety of learning and/or mental health needs. We service the greater Denver metro area with our learning centers located in Aurora and Northglenn.

Do you have a passion for working with children with special needs?

We are looking for aFULL-TIME or PART-TIMEcaring individualto provide services to children with autism and other developmental delays, implementing ABA strategies in the home, clinic and/or community settings.We provide paid training and compensate for RBT certification.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Behavior Technician:responsible for implementing ABA services to the clients they are assigned. Some of the duties are:

· Client appointments are completed as scheduled.

· Procedures in treatment plan and/or behavior support plan are followed and implemented as outlined

· Clients are continually making progress based on quantifiable data as outlined in treatment plan.

· Therapeutic environment is conducive to client success

· Proper compliance to all Related company policies and procedures

· Maintain regular follow up with families

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Some experience working with children

· 18 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent

· Ability to pass background check

· Must pass training and competency and pass RBT exam within 90 days of hire

SALARY RANGE: $18-$25per hourdepending on qualifications and experience.
