Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Behavioral Technicians (BT/RBTs) to support students in the greater Hartford, CT area. The role focuses on building social, language and self-help skills using best practices for behavioral improvement while monitoring progress and recording notes on sessions.

Opportunity offers 30-35 hours per week with Monday–Friday daytime hours, providing weekly pay and flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

Our Client is looking for Behavioral Technicians (BT/RBTs) for opportunities located in the greater Hartford, CT area.

CLIENT HOURS

Client can accommodate full schedule between 30-35 hrs / week

M-F Typical school hours

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• It is required that you have previous experience working with autistic or behavioral children
• A Bachelors' or Associates Degree is preferred. However, a high school diploma with relevant experience is also acceptable.
