Job description
We are seeking behavior techs and/ or RBTs to provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors in the home, and community. This is an evening position (no earlier then 3pm start)
- Implement treatment plans
- Collect skill acquisition and behavior reduction data
- Apply feedback and training on ABA job performance given by your BCBA
- Provide behavior support inside and outside of the home or community when applicable
Qualifications
- For Children: BA degree in human health field (or similar) and one year experience working with individuals with Autism OR
- For Children: Associates in human health field (or similar) and two years experience working with individuals with Autism OR
- For Children: HS diploma with RBT certification
- For Adults: High School Diploma or GED and two years experience working with individuals with Autism
