Building Essential Skills Together, Inc. is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home, clinic, and community settings. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implement treatment plans, and collect data to guide progress.
We emphasize hands-on care, flexible evening hours (4 PM–7 PM or 5:30 PM–7:30 PM), mileage reimbursement, and a company-driven 40-hour RBT training path to support your growth and certification.
Founded by special education teachers who became BCBAs after experiencing firsthand the power of ABA for children, as well as the gaps in support within the educational system for children with Autism, B.E.S.T ABA was built around one non-negotiable: kids are people first, not a set of goals to check off.
As an RBT, you’re on the floor every day. . . playing, being silly, and building the kind of trust with a child that makes real progress possible. That takes patience and heart, and it’s backed by BCBAs who are genuinely supportive and willing to teach, not just supervise from a distance. They’re invested in helping you understand the “why” behind the work, so care stays thoughtful and respectful of each child, always.
We started out on that same floor as RBTs, and as clinicians and moms ourselves, we built this team clinician-first. Real BCBA support means we keep caseloads manageable so that BCBAs can be present and involved, working alongside you weekly or biweekly. That means consistent guidance and the support you need to feel confident in the work you're doing.
That’s the kind of place we’re building. Where growth is expected, not just hoped for. If that sounds like where you want to be, let’s talk.
B.E.S.T ABA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We strongly encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply. Bilingual/multilingual applicants are encouraged to apply, especially as we aim to reflect the diversity of the families we serve.
If you need any accommodations during the interview process, please reach out and we’re happy to support you.
