Best ABA in Massachusetts is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA sessions in home, clinic, and community settings. The role emphasizes forming real, playful relationships with children and collaborating closely with BCBAs to implement treatment plans.
You must hold an active RBT certification, be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be comfortable working with children with Autism.
Founded by special education teachers who became BCBAs after experiencing firsthand the power of ABA for children, as well as the gaps in support within the educational system for children with Autism, B.E.S.T ABA was built on one idea: no two kids, and no two RBTs, need the same thing.
As an RBT here, you’re the person in the room . . . building real relationships with kids, which means knowing when to be structured and when to just be silly, get on the floor, and play. You’re never figuring that out alone. Our BCBAs are hands‑on and genuinely invested in teaching, not just signing off on notes; they’re there to help you grow into the clinician you’re becoming.
In our team, you aren’t a billable. We started our own ABA careers as RBTs, so we know that room well. As clinicians and moms ourselves, we’ve built our model around realistic caseloads and real support, so you have the time and guidance to actually connect with each kid you work with.
