BEST ABA (Building Essential Skills Together) is seeking an RBT to deliver in‑home, clinic, and community ABA sessions with families. You will work under BCBA supervision, implement treatment plans, collect data, and build supportive relationships with children with autism.
The role offers after‑school scheduling, part‑time hours, and a collaborative team environment with founders who started as RBTs. Join a company committed to inclusive care and real guidance.
Founded by special education teachers who became BCBAs after experiencing firsthand the power of ABA for children, as well as the gaps in support within the educational system for children with Autism, B.E.S.T ABA was built on one idea: no two kids, and no two RBTs, need the same thing.
As an RBT here, you're the person in the room . . building real relationships with kids, which means knowing when to be structured and when to just be silly, get on the floor, and play. You're never figuring that out alone. Our BCBAs are hands‑on and genuinely invested in teaching, not just signing off on notes; they're there to help you grow into the clinician you're becoming.
In our team, you aren't a billable. We started our own ABA careers as RBTs, so we know that room well. As clinicians and moms ourselves, we've built our model around realistic caseloads and real support, so you have the time and guidance to actually connect with each kid you work with.

B.E.S.T ABA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We strongly encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply. Bilingual/multilingual applicants are encouraged to apply, especially as we aim to reflect the diversity of the families we serve.
