Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Behavior Systems Specialist to join our STRIVE program. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in understanding and addressing student behavior, conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). This role requires a strong foundation in multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and the ability to implement tiered behavioral interventions in classroom settings.
