Qualifications

• Experience applying behavioral interventions in educational settings with intensive needs.
• Ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school staff to support students with intensive behavioral needs.
• Provide customized behavior support and use positive behavioral interventions.
• Record and document incidents, progress toward goals, and progress with behavior plans.
• Implement de-escalation techniques and crisis management as needed to ensure safety.
• Communicate with parents and work with interdisciplinary team members.
