Responsibilities

Provide special education instruction and classroom leadership in a structured behavior-support environment.
Implement classroom systems that promote regulation, safety, and readiness to learn, including routines, expectations, reinforcement, and de-escalation supports.
Use evidence-based approaches, often aligned to PBIS, to support student behavior and social skills development.
Collaborate with school staff to align behavior plans, classroom strategies, and student progress monitoring.
Communicate proactively with the team regarding student needs, progress, and escalation patterns to support continuity of care.
