Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to teach and supervise others.
• Knowledgeable in developing Individual Service Plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a non-standard/flexible schedule.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Experience with persons with disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of services in assigned areas.
• Mentor and support the staff; supervise Community Consultants, Directors, Group Facilitators and Team Leads.
• Provide training, development, and support to staff to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain records of services provided and monitor program budgets and caseloads.
• Coordinate program activities and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
