Job summary

Applitrack is hiring a Paraprofessional, Behavior Support (Temporary, 20 hours/week) to support students with behavioral and social-emotional needs for the 2026-27 school year. The role reports to the Building Leader and involves implementing behavior plans, de-escalation, and MTSS data collection.

The position emphasizes collaboration with special educators, behavior specialists, counselors, and administrators to ensure consistent interventions across the building.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience with children required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills when assigned to bilingual program.
• WorkKeys/Title I credentialing options may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individual students or small groups with behavioral or trauma-related challenges.
• Reinforce pro-social and replacement behaviors.
• Implement behavior plans and safety plans as directed.
• Assist in de-escalation and crisis response.
• Collect and summarize behavior data for MTSS-aligned goals.

Skills
